Characteristics:  Yellow Columbine features numerous large nodding pale yellow flowers, about one inch in diameter, petals with nectar filled spurs.  Plants grow to 3 feet in height.  Leaves are compound with three leaflets and mostly basal (located at the base of plant).

Cultivation:  As with other species of Columbine, this species will grow in full sun to part shade or dappled sunlight with moderate moisture.
