Characteristics:  Western Columbine is loved for its large red and yellow flowers, and petals with nectar filled spurs.  Plants grow to three feet in height.   

Cultivation:  Columbines will grow in full sun to part shade or dappled sunlight with moderate moisture.  

Native Range:  Western US and Canada
