Characteristics: Oregon Sunshine, also known as Woolly Sunflower, is widely distributed in the Western US. The foliage is grey green in color and the plants form attractive mounds that are covered with yellow flowers when in bloom. This species will provide a beautiful burst of color in the garden from late spring till early summer.
Cultivation: Oregon Sunshine grows in full sun or part shade, and is very drought tolerant once established. This species will tolerate a variety of soils.
