Characteristics: Northern Sweet Vetch, also known as Boreal Sweet Vetch or Utah Sweet Vetch is a perennial member of the legume family featuring lovely bright pink pea shaped flowers. Plants may grow to a height of 3 feet. This is a native species of vetch not to be confused with Hairy Vetch, Vicia villosa, a common weed.
Cultivation: Northern Sweet Vetch is a drought tolerant perennial which will grow in full sun or part shade and on a variety of soils
