Characteristics: Scarlet Bugler is a perennial member of the snapdragon family producing spikes of red or scarlet flowers. Plants grow to a height of 3 to 4 feet. Blooms in early to mid summer in our area. This species is excellent for attracting hummingbirds.
Cultivation: Scarlet Bugler grows best in full sun. It is very drought tolerant once established.
