Characteristics:  Creeping phlox is a mat forming perennial with white, pink, lavender or purple flowers borne in spring.  Height to 6 inches. 

Cultivation:  Prefers full sun or dappled shade and low to moderate moisture.  Very drought tolerant once established.

Native Range:  Western United States.
